Often, when we long for one thing, we lose sight of what matters most, in this case, love. Her desire to be beautiful doomed her to be separated from the boy she liked forever, because she fulfilled the very condition she was meant to avoid. It’s not exactly the same, but it’s something that happens with other things in real life: we want one thing but have to sacrifice something else we also desire; the path we choose depends on the decisions we make.

Muchas veces al desear una cosa nos alejamos de lo más importante, en este caso el amor. Su anhelo por ser hermosa la condenó a estar lejos del chico que le gustaba para siempre, porque cumplía con la única condición de la cual debía alejarse. No exactamente igual, pero es algo que ocurre con otras cosas en la vida real, queremos algo pero tenemos que sacrificar otra cosa que también deseamos, depende de nosotros el camino que elegimos de acuerdo a nuestras decisiones.
