I solved the anti-skimming problem of the ATM machine.

Today, as I was leaving for work earlier in the day, I received an urgent call. The message on the phone was quite worrying, as the service was completely shut down due to a sudden major fault in the card reader of an ATM booth. Customers were suffering as all types of transactions were stopped and the machine was showing out of service on the screen. Understanding the situation, I quickly left for the scene without any further delay.

Upon reaching there, the main problem became clear when I checked the system diagnostic report of the machine. The display was showing an SPS fault in the card reader and at the same time the anti skimming module was not able to connect to the system during startup. In the case of ATM technology, these parts are very sensitive, where the entire booth becomes immobile due to a slight mistake.

To bring the situation under control, I started the technical work by connecting the dongle I had with me. Both the deep card reader and the anti skimming device needed to be checked very carefully and reset and reprocessed. I thoroughly tested each connection and brought the entire module back to active status step by step.

After an hour of continuous effort and meticulous effort, success finally came. As soon as the test run was over, the main transaction welcome message appeared on the screen again and the machine became fully operational. Seeing the operational screen was a great professional relief. To be honest, working with this complex hardware and security module inside the ATM machine is as challenging as it is a demonstration of many fine skills.
