Experience in solving and activating the SNT problem of an ATM machine.

Yesterday, I had a wonderful experience working on an ATM machine in a bank. The machine was originally an S2 model, where SNT problems had been seen for quite some time. Although solving such problems from a technical point of view is quite challenging, it feels great to work.

After identifying the problem, I opened the entire module of the machine very carefully as the first step of the work. Then I took out each sensor inside separately. Due to long-term accumulation of dust, the sensors were not able to give signals correctly. So I cleaned each sensor very thoroughly so that there was no complication in signal exchange.

After cleaning, I started the work of finding the source of the main problem. I found out the exact place from where this chaos was originally being created and completed the necessary work accordingly. Being able to identify specific faults in the mechanical field makes more than half the work easier.

Finally, I replaced all the parts and connected the entire unit to the bank. Alhamdulillah, after about an hour of continuous effort, I was able to get the machine fully up and running and live. I was so happy to see the service activation message on the screen. This experience of fixing a malfunctioning machine with my own hands and getting it up and running again is truly amazing.
