My landlady is a witch
It has been two weeks since I moved into a new shop because we were told to vacate the former one as renovation is going to take place there.
Before I moved in, I had heard a lot of not-so-good words about the landlady of the new shop, and all the words centred on the woman being a witch.

The witch here is not the Western type of witch, no. It is the typical African witch that flies at night, using plantain leaves as an aeroplane, and also does not want good things to happen. I mean, they kill and cause all sorts of problems for people. I knew about all that, but her shop was the only vacant shop in the area, so I turned a deaf ear to everything people said about her and even if she's actually a witch, I've always been curious to know what happens in their world... opportunity to meet a real witch.
Before I packed into the shop, although I tried to deafen my ears to what people were saying, my mind could not carry it all. I had to resort to praying for three days and anointing the place. Normally, I am the type that does not give too much concern to how people say witches do evil. I just know that even if witches do evil, I cannot be harmed or touched because I am not having an affair with someone’s wife, nor am I stealing or killing people. In a nutshell, I am clean (sinless) like a 30-minute-old baby.
I engaged some of our church mysteries, like anointing. I anointed the shop and the environment for three days for it to have an "odeshi" (impenetrable) against her witchcraft devices...
I have been living well there and doing my business with ease. However, I have tried to get the witch thing off my head, but the way people described it is so funny and hard to erase from my mind. Each time I see her come around, I just smile, jokingly, and not because I am afraid of her.
Some days back, I thought of something. Since I am eager to meet a witch, a ghost, or someone that has access to the supernatural world because I have piled up questions to ask, what if I meet her, sit her down, and beg her to tell me things since she is a witch? Ohhh! I wish I had the courage, and I also wish that if I said that to her, she would not call the police on me for accusing her of being a witch. Lol.
Thanks for reading.
