A piece of Singara artisan's morning chat.

When I woke up in the morning and went to a nearby restaurant for breakfast, I saw a different scene. The morning sun was still shining outside and the street was quite calm. As soon as I entered the restaurant, the familiar, alluring scent of fried food wafted into my nose. I saw a lot of activity going on in one corner of the shop. There was a grand ceremony of making Singara.
A row of raw Singara was arranged on a large dish on the table. Each one of them was made with perfection like a small piece of art. On another dish next to it was the spicy potato filling for the Singara. The potatoes were cut into small pieces and mixed with various spices, which made my mouth water. Seeing this scene, I could not control myself anymore. I took out my phone in my pocket and quickly took some pictures.

This is a strange and pleasant moment to prepare for Singara. The artisan was working with very skilled hands. One by one, the Singara was being folded, which was worth seeing. The simple atmosphere of the shop created a wonderful feeling. I really wanted to eat hot, steaming singara. When I was taking pictures in the middle of the busyness of the shop, it seemed like there was so much hidden in these ordinary shops on the side of the road. How many people come here every day to look for work or to have breakfast with their loved ones.
This time of the morning is always special for me. There is no comparison between singara and steaming cups of tea at the breakfast table. While taking pictures, I had a little chat with the craftsman. The man is very cheerful and very good at his job. Even in such a busy life, there was a look of peace on his face. In fact, this is how the joys of life spread around us. Sometimes, when we see a favorite food or see the work of an ordinary person, we find genuine peace.

When these singaras are fried while immersed in hot oil in a pan, their color will turn golden brown. And with it, the crunching sound and taste are needless to say. This plate of Singara for breakfast gives a great feeling of energy for the whole day. Those who regularly like these roadside foods know how incomparable its taste is. This small trip in the morning and the scene of making Singara made my day very colorful. The joy of the mind and those moments framed by the camera will remain in my memory like this.
